I hold a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health Science with a concentration in Health and Wellness Professional Studies from American Public University. My background is comprised of the scientific study of human movement and human behavior relative to exercise, fitness, nutrition, health and wellness. I possess strong knowledge in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, exercise physiology as well as nutrition. In addition, I placed a large focus on disease prevention, public health and epidemiology.
